Shares the tales and stories on the Ontario Craft Cider Trail. Meet the makers and taste the journey, one sip at a time.
The members of the Ontario Craft Cider Trail acknowledge that Ontario is the original homeland of many nations of the First Peoples including the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee and Huron-Wendat. Our orchards and Cider Houses exist on lands that were subject to various treaties, such as the Robinson-Huron Treaty of 1850, the Williams Treaties of 1923 and the Toronto Purchase (Treaty 13, 1805). We recognize the ongoing injustices that have prevented First Peoples from fully enjoying the bounty of their lands and their inherent rights to harvest and steward these territories. We are committed to learning, listening, and working together to build a better path forward — one that honours Indigenous culture, respects the land, and ensures it can be shared by all.
Drink Ontario Apples™ is a dedicated promotion program sponsored by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness. The program and its logo will help consumers identify apple cider products made with 100% Ontario Apples.
