Our dry, sparkling ciders are crafted from apples planted, tended and harvested by hand on our family farm. Nestled in the northernmost Carolinian forest on the shores of Lake Erie, our sandy soil and maritime climate help us to produce exceptional ciders crafted from both traditional cider varieties and fresh market apples.
